YES...it is excellent. Makes it shift smooth like butter and if your tranny has minimal grind when you shift it may all but disappear. That's what I use.

Look under transmission and then service data for the answer to your first Q

I know for sure that a N/A 5 speed tranny takes 3 quarts.

I'm having a hella hard time removing my damn tranny plug where you put the fluid in. That thing is tight as a beezy. Any suggestions?

Im curious, how much the dealership charging you to do the change? I got mt-90 and havent gotten a chance to change since when i tried the plugs were too tight.

The RS5R30A transmission (5 Speed manual for a Z32) takes 3 quartz or 2.8 liters. I use Redline and it works great! Use MT-90 (75W90) gear oil.

You will need one of those big mechanics syringes to fill it.

they quoted me at 180 bucks or so. or 150 if i provided the fluid, btu i also havea 100 $ rebate for anywork i get done there . so i am hole less than a 100 total inclueding the redline mt90. they were also explaining to me about how when they suck it out it also cleans and clears out a bunch of ohter things that are attached along with it( i dont remember exactly what there where refering to ) but when i get it done i will post more
