is the belt missing? if not there is a tensioner just below where the lower rad hose meets the engine. on the tensioner is a 14mm nut, loosen that nut from the bottom side of car is easier. then from the top of the car loosen the 14mm bolt by the rad hose to remove tension from the belt. remove belt and replace in reverse order.
