Usually it just means your power steering fluid is low. If that's not the case then you have an issue with the rear steering.

It can also mean you have a minor power steering leak, which is what I have or the sensor on top of the power steering fluid reservoir either has frayed wires or has stopped working.

it usually points to steering problems. may be an signal to check steering fluid. but this can be a worry if there is a leak. thats dangerous sometimes

While pulling/replacing my plenum and fuel filter, I disturbed one of the smaller diameter hoses connected to the PS reservoir. It was very stiff/brittle due to age and no amount of tightening would stop the leak. It had to be replaced. One simple place to look for a leak.
