HICAS cancel rod

Does anyone in So. Cal know where I can buy this rod? It looks like this.

Does anyone know how much the HICAS system weighs, and would it be better to remove it instead?

HICAS canceller! you might try Enonvative force in Torrance or Signal Auto in Torrance. i think they could probably get any product you want. by the way what comapny makes that?

well it looks like that bar is about $80. thats not to expensive.
