Great!

I decided to retire the end of March. I'm doing so well with my freeplay that I thought it was perfect timing. I have really enjoyed my drive to Tunica (about an hour drive) with my top down. It ends sometime next month. I'm going to cry like a baby when it ends.

What have y'all been up to? Looks like it has been slow here. We are having problems on our Lexus board with it being slow.

Come work for me so I can relax.

Slow car time for me. Just installed window visors in wife's Murano. First car work I've done in a long time except oil changes.

Probably selling my G in a few months as well. Kids too hard to get in/out of it. Oh no, 4 door coming.

There are really some nice looking 4dr cars out there now. I never thought I would say that, but there are.

I'm planning on a used M37. Just want the ones with less than 50k miles to drop in price a little more.

Nice!

I always made my kids crawl in and out of the back seat of Camaros and Firebirds.

Let's see...Just installed new fogs and rear sway bar end links on the coupe. Purchased a '14 Q50s as well and had a clear bra installed last week.

Tail of the Dragon event is coming up Labor Day weekend, you should come to it!

There's more to it than simply driving a curvy road. Lunches, dinners, events.

Someone shoot me, I'm considering a hybrid. Though it would be the M35h. But still...

And I have to make the ToD meet sometime soon. Always a busy weekend though.

Hybrid is OK for the most part. Hopefully the flux capacitor does not need replacement cuz those can be expensive.

REALLY want to get behind the wheel of a new one when they come out!!!!! :yesnod
But, with the wife's new G and jr in his 4th of 5 years at UNCG.....probably ain't gonna happen as far as getting one.
Sad story....happy ending...
Had to put our 12.5 year old Aussie down recently.....hard thing to do.
Recent pic of him.

Got a new puppy to help with the void....Jax was an awesome dog and can't be replaced, but a puppy helps with the healing. Plus, we are dog people and will always have them.

Thanks Becki, yes he is!
We had our vet come to the house to lay him to rest.
We were all sitting around him in the front yard under the trees (wife, kids, vet and assistant).
Was a cloudy June day. hen he left us, the sky opened up and it briefly got sunny.
And, from across the street a huge hawk swooped down and flew within 5 feet of us about 3 feet off the ground...about same height as our heads!!!! Hew flew right past us along our tree line..Our vet said she saw his spirit leave his body and he was running!!!
Said she didn't always see them, but she did with Jax...and,I do believe her. :)

Putting down good dogs suck. One of these days I'll have to get me another golden retriever.

Our 8yo ferret had to be put down a 6 weeks ago, was part of the family.

Yeah, they do become part of the family!!! Hard to let them go to. Some don't ever get past the grief and never get another. My wife got me (us) our first aussie right before we got married (1988) and Beau was in our wedding pics as a pup. She called me a work 14 years later and said Beau could not get up. Got the mobile vet to come check him. Had to put him down. Tore up all of us!!! Renee went to bed at 7PM...eyes swollen from crying. Later, I got in the interweb and found aussie pups south of Charlotte. Left number on desk. Renee calls me next morning and says she is going to 'look' at those puppies.....Who 'looks' at puppies with a broken heart!! lol She picked me up on the way and we got Jax. Who we put down in June. This time we were going to wait longer, but our mini aussie Rudy looked so lost with out Jax that we got Jesse the same week. Jesse doesn't replace Jax but sure does help with the broken heart. And, is a fun distraction.
