Ok so I'm nearing the end of my Kat build, and well the head aches are starting

I ordered Nistune from autovaughn and also purchased the install for $50 bucks. I had 2 ka ecu's and was unsure which was a manual (had one from my auto car and one came with my swap) well I shipped one ecu and it was the auto ecu so I spent another $6 to ship my other ecu and was ready to get this done!!!!

The other ecu was also an auto :wtf2:

Guy at autovaughn said he could install it into an Auto ecu but said he was unsure if i would encounter any problems. He said right off hand I may have idle issues being the auto idles higher to compinsate for the torque converter.

Has anyone ever run an auto ecu with nistune??? Would it be easier to just find a manual ecu and not even worry about the possible problems? Friend of mine ran nistune in his kat setup but was no where near where I'm at power wise.

Help me guys.
