I don't know if you guys have seen this. The owner of Hennessy Motorsports gets owned in his own thread on the 300C boards where he tried to take on the 300c board owner.

Make for hilarious reading.

All I got to say is What an unprofessional crook. Hope Daimler-Chrysler is watching.

WOW!!!

His response on page two, to the guy who was very professional and polite, was JUST the type of thing that gets people punched in the throat.

Unreal.

Basically, Hennessey's bad business practices--such as parting out cars that he's supposed to be finishing for customers without their permission--have been found out and exposed. Hennessey responds by acting like a 15 year old ethug and spelling about as well to boot.

My guess is that the thread will probably double in size. I guess the admins and mods on that board have decided to let him destroy himself and his business. Its ironic, he created the thread to inflict damage on the board owner.

I really like the web "shout-outs" from all the other auto enthusiast forum communities which are watching the thread with curiousity and interest.

At first, I was saying 'No that cant be the Real Hennessey. Nobody is that stupid.' But I do believe its him.

Ever see someone destroy their company, reputation and their character in a single internet thread? Well this has got to be it. The thread currently has 373 viewers and 347 of them are guests!

REMEMBER: Lingenfelter builds Viper motors too. And everybody knows how good he is with the LS1. I tihnk that shopped just inherited a crapload of Viper and SRT enthusiast. And collectively, they have millions into their cars...

EDIT: oops I coulda sworn Lingenfelter did. Either way, that is a close knit community with money to burn. In Hennessey's next job, he wont be asking How fast do ya wanna go? It'll be Do you want fries with that?

I posted on behalf of the "chrome burger and Mt Fuji" community.

Good on the forum owners, I hope their ad revenue goes through the roof from all the attention!

Mr. Hennessey has shown his true colors, it's clear.

Yeah, the ones he builds for the car mags to review. Not the ones he builds for customers.

I'd love to see Car and Driver or one of the other mags I use to wipe my a$$ with do some REAL reporting on him.

Hey, C/D used to be a great magazine, but they've gone downhill in a big way lately. They're starting to feel a lot like Motor Trend...which is a very bad thing.

Plus I'll forever love them for the two articles they've done recently that included first gen Maxima 810s.

Yay to Nico for being a kickass messageboard and not having this stuff happen
