Help with tire size

I need some input about tire sizes. I have stock 19's on my 09 M35 sport with 245/40/19 tires. My question is, can I do tire size 245/45/19 or 255/40/19 or 255/45/19 without any rubbing issues, etc?

I dont see any problems at all, I am running 255/30/22 no rubbing, no rough ride, all the tire shops had argued and said that 255 would rub and wanted me to go w/ 245's, I went ahead and tried the 255's and been happy and never looked back -

I ended up going with another set of Bridgestone RE050A tires 245/40/19. It was a GREAT deal that I couldn't pass up. Thanks all for the help.

Glad you found something that worked for you.
Just my experience: My car wandered a lot with the stock tire size. Went a little wider with 255/40/19 and it corrected the problem.
