Help with G37 AWD purchase

I am new to this forum and am unable to find what I am looking for. I am considering buying a 2009-10 G37 AWD sedan. What are the major weaknesses with the car or any major problems they are known for? Any and all input appreciated.

My wife has a 2007 x sedan with 90K on it. Zero problems on it so far.

No, the G's are pretty solid. I know of no real issues or weakness with the ATTESA AWD system.
