Help sr20det blacktop bogging and hesitating.

Ok I'm sorry .for this thread but I've searched for two weeks to help me figure this out but I can't figure it out , Ima give my car specs and then what I've done so far

Sard 850 injectors
Z32 maf with adaptor plate to run air filter
Fmic
Fpr set to 36psi
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Has boost gauge
Wideband not installed
Voodoo manual boost controller not instLled
Tubular exhaust manifold
Exhaust all the way out the back
Adjustable wastegate internal
Efi specialist redline pretuned ecu #6263 pretuned for 740cc ,fmic, z32 maf and t28

That's the most of mods

Car started missing found out one of the stock injectors went bad so I installed the 850cc and also changed.airfilter and adaptor plate for the maf to be able to run the filter I have. The sards had diffrent connectors so we had to soilder those in as well
And it ran ok was rich yes but boosted fine .



Now one day I boosted the car after installing injectors and I noticed it break up and a pop and it started bucking and it continued doing so in boost until it would barly even drive if it boosted 1psi ,

I changed airfilter again , changed plugs and gaped correctly , cleaned maf , check couolers and piping for leaks and cleaned them put back together ,the car is running rich but its ran rich since I got it and never had this amount of problem

I'm out of ideas and need help , could it be fuel filter , any sensers, turbo gone bad , maf gone bad , idk . This is my first turbo car and Nissan

I don't have money for a emanage standalone

I have a safc not installed , I just don't get hoe car was running and boosting fine then just stoped and runs.like crap , it idles fine and revs fine , bit when u drive it under a load and turbo trys to spool at all I mean even at 3000 rpm or 1psi its messed up . Id install wideband and safc if I had tools and knew how too , I'm not a mechanic . It's so frustrating

You are going to have to get the ECU remapped for 850cc injectors. Check the mechanical timing too. More than likely too much fuel going to the engine causing it to run like crap. Standalone ECU's are expensive but so much easier when you change your setup.

Yeah I hear ya just don't get how it would run fine for few.days then all the sudden go nuts . Do pretuned ecu's kinda learn ?

Yes they learn for a base tune for your setup. Most peeps after that get it dyno tuned though. The map needs some adjustments to have A/F's Ideal.

So would it be a good idea since.its pretuned for 740 just to have it adjusted or retune ecu all together for 850cc

It would be easier to get a retune with your 850cc injectors.
