help naming a part

Does anyone here knows the name for the upper air conditioner hose that goes to the ac condenser ? I have a leak in my system and i need to buy the upper ac line that is the one leaking. My car is an 05 Nissan maxima with 68k on the dash .

One more thing do i need to change the lower one as well ? i heard these cars are notorious for leaking hoses .
