height problems

Hi I'm new here so I'm not sure if this has been covered before, I'm having issues with my suspension. First off my truck has been lowered and lifted more times than I can randalways with the torsion bars,the right side is currently where I want it but the left is noticeably lower and won't go any higher with the adjustment nut. I'm wondering if I can take both bars completely out and redinstall them to get an even adjustment.also should I move the lower control arms up before reinstalling the bars or just let them hang?
