Hi all,

looking for some help. My car is a:
2011 G37x sedan automatic filled with 94 octane.

Recently, in the past month I'd say, I've been hearing a knock when I accelerate. Today, the knock can be heard at a stop light as soon as I lift my foot of the gas. There's only ever ONE knock, it's not a repeated knocking. If I place my hand on the side of the center console, (right by the passenger side seat belt connector), I can feel the knock as it's heard. This generally happens when accelerating in lower gears. I haven't heard/felt it in the high 4-7 gears.

Anyone experience or is able to help diagnose this? I'll try to capture a video of it.

Thanks in advance.

From the location of the apparent knocking I might guess transmission, but I think you should try to get it on video as you said. Hard to say much otherwise.

Welcome to NICO,
