I was wondering if anyone had hit top speed in an 3.5 SE CVT?

I haven't, but I'm sure someone has. I've gone about 120 and it was as smooth as driving 80. My nismo exhaust was sounding beautiful at the time lol

Isn't the 3.5 limited to like 134 or something?

wats considered top speed??? i've hit b/w 140-145

i ran outta clear hwy.. in MEXICO of course, because speeding is illegal in the states

ive only gotten my 2.5 up to 120. ive gotten so many speeding tickets lately im to scared to speed anymore

i've had cruise control at 110 and getting 30mpg.

around 115 for me. felt like nothing....

I've gotten 120, didnt try and push much more cause im on my beefy a** snowtires, but still got there with no problem.

assuming you mean stock (no mods), dont believe the lies... I took mine to somewhere around 138-140 on the highway and mashed the peddle to the floor, there is no getting over 140 unless that s*** is tuned differently. So that's where mine capped out when it was a 3.5 cvt.....as far it being stick now, not sure....my baby was getting a turbo-kit put in her, so I didnt get to drive her much after I got to her after the swap....I'm in NY and my baby is sitting where it's nice and warm in Ga.

ive hit 162!! In my Z of course the 2.5 coupe topped out at 113...just a little difference!

i hit 88mph, and now i'm back here from the future. unfortunately, i blew out my flux capacitor

it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, of course i had "shimmy" but i tell u what, U NEED A BIG BRAKE kit to slow down quick! when i slowed down it felt like it wasnt biting hard enough. i pulled off the freeway onto an exit-took awhile longer to come to a complete stop. Que no? Que ci?

i dont have a 3.5....but i got to 125, then i had to slow down due to traffic, but i think there was a little juice left

^^ start from the 15 fwy traveling north, pass the 210 and punch it from there. From that point to passing the 10 fwy is where I hit 156 mph due to the downhill. Shyt works lol ill try it this weekend and ill record it with the tuner

you mean traveling SOUTH on the 15 right?i topped out a suzuki forenza going down that strip at 140. completely stock except for intake, exhaust and wheels. it wouldnt have been pretty to blow a tire going that fast
