Pics of the install on this link HD front grill mod(did it today).I am thinking about doing the day time running lights next. Also, I'll like to change the fog light bulbs. I ordered the rear spoiler today so I should get it in the next week or so.
Sweet. You gotta post pics of the install.Pescakl1 wrote:I will go ahead and retrofit the front and tail lights.Tail lights will be homemade leds arrays (turn signals will be amber despite the red lenses) and in the headlights, I will install FX projectors and may be change the high beams to projectors too (but halogen, not xenon).
Still have to put chrome on door handles but I may wait until the 10 model arrive to see what they have done with their chrome package.
Other than that, I have done what you have done, and change all the interior lights to leds (PnPs are progressively changed to homemade leds).

please post pics of the exhaust install and possibly a youtube video it would be greatly appreciated by many, mydoghoser wrote:2009 S AWD Silver w/dark tint. I don't know the % tint. It was done by the dealer but it's dark enough that I don't need to use "nigh t" setting on my rear view mirror. Discount Tire made me a great deal so I traded the less-than-adequate Conti's for some bigger (225/70/16) General Grabber HTS tires and had them mounted on a set of MB 5 X Wheels. I've gotten a lot of compliments from drive-by Rogue owners, but that's just icing on the cake. The wheel/tire combo I chose has proven to be excellent. And, yes, I have a spare General mounted on one of the steel wheels. When I get the roof rack and luggage basket installed, the spare will ride up top, leaving me the room in the existing spare hold for cargo and such. I de-badged about 3 weeks ago and really like the clean look. Unfortunately, shadows appeared from the "o" and "u" in Rogue, but I think the Sun will bleach those out. Spectre Performance makes all the individual components to custom built a CAI unit. I'm also looking at the new K&N Apollo universal systems. One or the other will be installed before the end of September. I visited my favorite custom exhaust shop and I think we can fab a really clean custom exhaust using a couple high-flow cats. I think these two mods will improve gas mileage and performance. I don't know how to post pic's yet but will learn and post some with the new wheels/tires. I'm now on the hunt for some better shocks and maybe better sway bar. Best, MDH

I used a Home Depot gutter cover. It is silver color and will not rust. I paid like $3 per piece and used two. Also, I used plastic straps.Nick 568 wrote:Hey Silverboy, I'm curious as to what the HD front grille mod looks like. Are you talking about some sort of screen mesh or something?
