Well very conservative tune started right up drove fine only running 10psi so far just making sure everything is good before i up the boost . The only problem im having is it dies when i put it in neutral coming to a stop not under boost some times . And the idle wont go any lower than 1200rpm i will get some video asap for you but im impressed . i will up the boost later tonight and do more test runs but for now im going to drive it normally and see if there's any other problems .The only other thing i can say is what happens when the blends of e85 change right now were on summer blend which is 79% and fall is 75% and winter is 70% this is the only conflicting matter i see with going e85 . But again superb job . Sent to r.s enthalpy .

Well he only tunes for 3 bar of fuel pressure and after about 1/2 hour i understood why . so i ran 15 psi last night ( @ 4bar fp) 10.0 to 1 whole way @ 130mph ( i have silvia 180 gauge cluster mod ) i will be test driving again tonight and give more results .@ 3bar FP instead of 4 . going to the different stages of trims of e85 he said i should only have to up my fuel pressure to correct the lean issue with the lower blends .

Any more updates?...How do you like it? Any dyno and a/f numbers?

I'm considering going the E85 route with Enthalpy also.

Wouldn't you lose gas mileage? E85 I believe is cheaper and higher octane. But you need more of it to make power

I made the switch a few years back. Enthalpy wouldn't do it, but there was another ECU tuner on this forum (or the other one) that did. I had an enthalpy tune on gas before. Switched ECU, new injectors, reset timing, gained 49 hp to the wheels.

349 to the wheels on a Mustang dyno. HKS GT-RS.

Went from 16 MPG on gasoline to 12 MPG on ethanol. Lost 25% mileage. E85 is more than 25% cheaper than premium, so every mile I drive I'm saving money over gas, plus there's 50 more horsepower. Never swapped in the 4.44 rear end, don't need it now.

Broke rocker arms last year, pulled the head, and the engine looked brand new. No carbon anywhere.

Doesn't E85 require significantly larger injectors? Some EVO friends who run E85 have 1300cc injectors, if not higher.

I believe this is more of an E85 ECU thread, but you need to flow about 33% more volume. I went from 555's to 740's. Maybe your Evo friends are running at a very low injector duty cycle or maybe they have crazy DSM beats.

Random Google Search wrote: We offer 750CC, 1000CC, 1200CC and 1600CC drop in RC Injectors for the Evo.

Injector sizing to WHP
660CC - 450WHP
750CC - 550WHP
1000CC - 700WHP
1200CC - 800WHP
1600CC - 950WHP
