Okay so for two years, my car would bog at WOT (slightly bog), it would stall after coming to a stop getting off the freeway, occasionally - sometimes - it would stall out at stop sign, my RPM went from 750 and back up to 900RPM when stopping.

Well I replaced the coolant temperature sensor and all the problems gone! My car revs hella fast and it drives so nice. Apparently my car was running rich and dumping too much fuel into the engine stalling it out. Well hope this helps you guys with these problems.

Look on the intake manifold where the coolant hose attaches. On the side in front, look for a piece that threads in and has a square connector. There should be a metal clip that you have to pull off to remove the harness.. Thats it..

you are in the completely wrong section for a maxima engine d00d. But... the CTS should be easy to find.. just follow the radiator hose from the top of the radiator to the engine and search around that area. There might be 2 sensors that are screwed into there with plugs attached to them.

this is an old post but...I've been having the same problems as the original owner (stalling at stop signs, bogging) and I'm about to swap out the coolant temperature sensor but I was curious if anyone knew what the other sensor right next to it is. Thanks people

The one right beside it is the sensor for the temp gauge on the cluster.
