G35 coupe rims as winter rims on M

Hi All,

I have been going over all the threads on rims and tires and just want to confirm I can use these rims without issue (see attached image). They are the rims off a G35 coupe and I am getting them for free from a family member .

Living up in this frozen tundra of the north, I want to put winter tires on them. I am not concerned about the look during winter, but I am not sure about all the offset (noob with the offset stuff). I understand what spacers are but I am not sure I need them for the look.

Am I ok with just putting on the same size winter tire on these old G 18"s? (I have the sock 18 rims now).

depending on what year G they came off of and what trim level will depend on if the rims are staggered or not. Are the tire's different sizes? As for offsets the lowest i found on a quick search for OEM g35's was +30 so with that being said they'll fit. For tire's you can put a lot of different size tire's ranging from 225-255 and for profile anywhere from 40-50.

The wheels are off a (03-06) and although the tires are different sizes (they coupe has larger tires in the back) I am quite sure the wheels are the same all around!

If you have an X model (AWD), it is important that all four tires be the same size. I thought I'd mention this to make sure it was perfectly clear, as you now mention the tires are currently different sizes and that could imply that your "same sive winter tires" comment meant you intended to stagger the winter tire sizes as well.

The current tires are different as they are from a G35 coupe. I will put on the same tire all around.

I will look thorough the posts for recommendations for a proper winter tire.
