broken like inoperative? or broken like accidentaly dropped onto a hard tile floor and the casing got dented so clarion wouldn't accept it back.

If you have a problem with your HVAC (like auto air and you can not control temperature) yes we can fix that.

This problem usually happens with 03-04 G35's.
