FX Wheels on a Y33

I did a test fit this weekend with a set of FX35 7 spokes (18x8, +40) on the front of my Y33. There is clearance between the inside lip and strut. I can fit my fingers to the first knuckle between, I'd say roughly 12mm, which I would estimate is half the clearance as with the touring wheels (17x7.5, +35).

I will post pictures when I get home.

I agree the FX 20's look great on a Y33, but from a performance standpoint, I wonder if the G35 Coupe Forged 19's wouldn't be better ???

smart man to do the dry fit. its gonna look great. get some quality summer 245/45/18's.
