3 Recalls have been issued, approximately 515,000 vehicles. .

The 02-04 Frontiers and Xterras are being recalled for possible steering issues and the 2010 Sentra could have possible issues with faulty positive battery connectors.

Here's the link for more information. If you have any questions about if your vehicle was affected, call your local Nissan dealership and ask them to run your VIN.

Me too. I may stop by the dealership and see what's up. Rumor has it that they have a manual Juke in. If so, I could do both in one trip.

reason i ask is we have a '00 frontier and an '01 x-terra.... i don't see why they wouldn't be recalled as '00-'04 seem to be extremely similar

I can verify the issues with the 2010 Sentra battery terminal. Mine shorted out the fuse box and fried my ECU. Nissan replaced everything since it was under warranty, but it took almost a month to get it fixed because the parts were back-ordered. This was a while ago though, right before the recall came out, lol. The recall did fix the issues and I havent had any problems since.
