Ok so i bought this 2009 tiida 2 weeks ago and straight away i noticed a vibration :ohno: between 100km/h and 110km/h more noticeable at 105km/h coming from the front end everything but the steering wheel shakes. I have taken it to a suspension specialist and have had the under body looked at, they couldn't see any problems and suggested a more extensive inspection of the under body. The tyres barely have 3k on them and i have done a full alignment and balance 2 days ago. As far as i know the vehicle has not had any accidents and i will be having a good look over the rims in the morning to see if any are buckled/damaged. Can any one help me identify why my car is vibrating?

how much weight are your rims requiring to be balanced? you could have a bad belt in the tire causing the front end shake. It sounds like something is wrong with the tires because if the vibration goes away if you go faster than 110km/h then it is a tire issue.

Front left goodyear 20g, front right goodyear 30g, rear left assurance 30g, rear right goodyear 10g and spare bridgestone 20g on inner lip. the front left has some damage too it a small dent on the lip with the 20g weight about 3cm away from the damage. all have at least 85% tread and the spare is brand new never used. I might take it into a tyre shop and have them professionally looked at.
These are the weights that i could see i am pretty sure some if not all of the tyres have weights on the inner lip as well.

one other check you can do is look at the side walls of the front tires and make sure there are no bubbles on the side wall which would mean broken belts in the sidewall.

All the weights amount you told me is within normal range to properly balance your wheels, and yes there could be weights on the inside lip of the rim as well. When you tak you car to the tyre shop have them check the front hubs to make sure there is no play between the bearings and the hub which could cause the issue as well.

That is good to hear the only thing left to check is the wheel bearings and front hubs.
