I just recently finished installing a pioneer appradio with backup cam, bluetooth calling, pandora internet radio, ipod control etc.

I also finished fabricating and installing a custom sub box holding a 3rd gen Alpine Type R 12" sub on a mono block 500x1 at 2ohm amp. The amp is mounted under the floor mats.

I have an Alpine MRP-F300 4channel amp wired an installed now powering all six speakers at the moment. It is mounted under my dash against the firewall on the driver's side.

I replaced the awful rear 6x9s with some fairly cheap pioneer coaxial 6x9s that handle about 40watts rms and are pretty efficient.
Okay so my question is concerning the front channel speaker choices.
I definitely want a nice set of component 6.5s and was thinking maybe some type r's or possibly some HAT components.
I would be deadening the doors, mounting the new speakers on some 3/4'' mdf rings and have no problem mounting the tweeters anywhere in the door panel or dash.
I also would like to replace the 3.5" drivers in the dash with some nice coaxial pieces.
There are so many options here as far as powering and wiring these. Am I better off with just a set of components and mounting the tweeters in the dash? Or am I better mounting the tweeters high on the door panels and just cutting the 3.5s altogether?
Do I bridge my four channel amp and power a set of high quality components only and use the headunit power for the rear 6x9s and dash 3.5s?
What do you guys reccomend?
