Hi,

I have a 2003 G35 Coupe, well-maintained, 155K miles (I bought it new, so I'm the only owner). I need the following fluids flushed: Brake, differential, transmission, power steering and coolant. I also need new drive belts.

According to the Infiniti maunal, the recommended differential fluid is API GL-5, Viscosity SAE 80W-90*5, the recommended transmission fluid is Genuine Nissan ATF Matic Fluid J and the recommended power steering fluid is Genuine Nissan PSFII or DexronTMIII/MerconTM or equivalent ATF. Can I get these fluids flushed at any repair shop? Can I buy the recommended fluids from somewhere and have the shop use them?

Thanks!

You can get about any shop to do the flush but I would highly recommend using the specific Nissan parts. It will cost a bit more but might protect your pocketbook in the long run :)

I did go with synthetic versions of these recommended fluids. Thanks for the response.
