Hello all, I'm new to the forum. I wanted to get this info out because while looking for the solution I found a lot of other people with the same issue, but not any answers that really worked.

This all started with the recent change to daylight savings time. I went and changed the clock in my 2012 Pathfinder (non-nav display) to daylight savings. Next time I started it up it was switched back to standard. After a couple of days of repeating this scenario; I started looking on the internet, and none of the suggested fixes worked. There was enough info that I collected to point me to the "Electronic Backup" fuse. Fuse was good but past experience has taught me that low current circuits are more susceptible to corrosion issues. I put a new fuse in, but it didn't fix the issue. So, I pulled the fuse and added a thin layer of Ox-Gard (anti-corrosion grease) on the fuse pins. Tested, and the new setting held. It's been three days and even making other setting changes, all the new settings have held.

And some dealers were recommending new radios to fix this issue!
