I'm guessing here, but:

You seriously pop your hood every time you drive without your lights on, to pretend they're sleepy?

Sweet car, but if you do that you need to turn them to the same angle.

Dude I have a pivot headlight controller, why would I do some stupid s*** like that?

They are at the same angle, bumper is fiberglass so all the headlight brackets are not there. Therefore one of the headlight kinda hangs lower.

You bought a "headlight controller" when you can't even keep them pointing the same direction?

Awesome looking car. Sore thumb headlights.

You do a great job, it makes the little things stick out.

Sure sure bro go ahead and point out meaningless things. If you like ghetto headlight modifications then go ahead and twist your little knobs everytime you want to adjust them. I don't need to get out to adjust them at all so whatever.

l2brown wire.

My point was the stark contrast between having a headlight controller, and not being able to keep them pointing the same way.

I'll be honest I've been die hard s14 but the kouki s13 has got me looking around. Especially after seeing this. Congratulations on finishing. Had mine eight years and I'm just now starting to work on it.

OK guys so I got a bit of an update I guess. I ditched the MB Battles and cheap Megan coils. Reason why? Embarrassment.

So I go to some local car meet thinking I'm so JDM right, wrong. Some guy with the REAL wheels hyper zeros or whatever decides to park right next to me. It was so embarrassing I had to leave lol. So I quickly sold the Battles and Megan coils and the boys at Touge Factory hooked me up. Advan Racing RGIIs in 17x9.5 +15mm offset and Stance coils.

Yes the dimensions for the wheels are the same as the battles but I love the new look. Also, the Stance coils allowed me to drop my car far more giving me what I believe to be the ideal height. Hope you guys like the new setup.

Wheels look good! You do know you switched a Taiwanese coilover setup for another Taiwanese coilover setup though right? If that wasn't why you switched, then no worries, just figured I'd let you know.

Eh I switched them mainly because the Megan's were always giving me problems and rode like crap. Collars will become loose, make horrible noises, and after a while a would get shimmy at the steering wheel.

Besides the stance coils are much better quality when compared to the Megans.

Bro, that S13 is too clean. I'm honestly a S14 lover, but as others have said... If I had an S13, your car is probably what I would dream for mine to ultimately look like (atleast in many ways). Its as close to flawless as it can probably get to, props :dblthumb:

I appreciate the compliments dude. However, I do believe my car isn't up to par with some of the other s13's out there. I've seen truly amazing s13's that would put mine to shame.

One thing I am proud of though is the fact that it was all built by me with the exception of paint/body. All those gorgeous s13's I just mentioned belong to high performance shops/sponsored people. So to say I managed to get this car where it stands today on my own gives me a real sense of pride :)
