Finally getting a 240sx but is this price solid?

I found a 1990 240sx se with about 35,000 original miles on it. It's bone stock and has 5 speed manual transmission and has been stored in a garage most of its live. There is not a spot of rust and looks almost new. Is it really worth $6,000 or should i try and get it lower than that. I don't want to pass this car up, all the other 240's ive been seeing are all rusted out or rigged up.

Also what place can I go to get a loan for the car? Being 20 years old the places i have gone said they would not give me a loan for a car being that old. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If it is that mint that would be a cool find, but from sitting in a garage it causes problems.... dry lifters, dry bearings, dry gaskets, belts, and bushings, inner corrosion and fuel varninshing. Not to mention AC, and other lines. Meh get the trice down to 4500 if they can make it run.
