The point where the resonator connects to the axle back and where the cat connects to the resonator are ridiculously low

My old exhaust only scraped slightly coming into my garage, but this new piece literally hooks the concrete lip and I can't get in without a lot of 2x4's and time

It seems like its hanging way lower than it should be. Are there any tips or tricks to get it to tuck up against the car better?

Its currently connected to the cat converter with bolts, and is hanging by 3 hangers on the back end. The whole thing feels pretty solid, not much give to it.

i have the same problem with the greddy ti-c, i use boards to get in and out too, just had put a load of gravel in front the garage to build it up a bit.

i tried putting hose clamps around the hangers, it helped a bit. im getting new hangers then trying the hose clamp trick see if its any better. if that dont work im cutting off the hanger arm and welding it a little higher. or shorting the arm on the resonator.

my hks hung fairly low. i switched it out for the isis blast pipes which hung even lower. ive heard that the hose clamps on the hangers works, but i havnt tried it. like kyzaac said, you may even have to cut and weld the hangers to shorten them a bit.

yeah, you'd be amazed what a run-of-the-mill muffler shop can do
