Exhaust for the 3.3 and the 3.5 the same?

My 3.3 exhaust is rattleing from the middle muffler and driving me Nuts!!
I seen a guy has a near complete exhaust on kijiji for sale.

But he doesnt know what engine its for. He thinks the v6 3.5

Would it fit mine?

Check the heat shields first.
That's where most of the rattles come from.
If that's what it is, just remove them. No harm done.

I've been trying to remove the Shield around the center muffler.. No luck...guess ill try and take it down. But the bolts and nuts are sooo old
