Car: 1989 Nissan Pick-up, 3.0 V6

The engine on my 1989 Nissan Pick-Up 3.0 V6 stopped running as I was driving the freeway. No loud noise, no smoke or oil on the road behind me. It turns over good and there's oil on the dip-stick. I recently replaced Alternator and belts. What could be the matter?

hmmm....... Everything but your belts could be the problem.
