Just in case some of how you are unfamiliar with a 380rs. Follow the link:

Here's what it all comes with: 380rs pedal, fastener, bushing:

This can be done within 45 seconds.

Difficulty level: It's like breathing.

This pedal was designed to make doing a heel-toe easier.

1) Find the small clip at the top of the gas pedal, pry it off (i used the flathead)



2) once the clip is off just pull the pedal down, it should swing out. Then just slide it off.

3)Get the bushing and place it inside the hole (fitted shape), place it on the arm.





4) Slide the fastener in place and you're done Sit back and enjoy you're new pedal, which adds absolutely no power whatsoever.
