So under the random "wonder how that's made" caption - I decided that I wanted to see how the ATF cooler that's mounted inside of the bottom tank of the radiator is made. Before tossing my old broken OEM radiator out beside the road, I popped the end tank off and took a look... I was surprised that there's a little more to it than I expected. I thought there would be one tube running through there with a few fins on it - but this is actually a multi-plate design. Very useful if one plate clogs. Anyhow, here are a couple of pictures...
