Daytime Running Light Relay

For any of you with daytime running lights, has anyone had the control relay fail. Mine went at around 1000 miles. Replaced under warranty of course but pretty disconcerting with a new vehicle.

It was also interesting to learn that while it is located under the hood, it's not contained in the main fuse/relay bank.

And, I also learned the owners manual provides no schematic of the two fuse/relay panels it barely refers to. Good luck to anyone with a visual impairment.
