My 2008 Rogue has got 40K on it. Nissan replaced my transmission. Now @ 40k needs another due to grinding sound from front left wheel. Also whining sound when going up hills/ tachometer goes crazy.
Hands free phone system not working. Asks repeated stupid questions but does not connect phone to number requested.
Flat tire light comes on randomly... no flat tires.
Gas mileage is now at 17mpg both highway and local. Thats as good as it gets
Heater had to be replaced at 12k - now vibrates and is loud.


Dealer is checking it out today but informs me I am beyond warranty...


All in all not a very positive ownership experience.

your cvt is covered for 110k, i would look at the lemon law in your area
