The NMAC/IFS Customer Lease Payoff Policy has recently changed for many states. Due to licensing requirements, there are several states where NMAC/IFS cannot accept customer lease payoffs from a financial institution (bank/credit union). Customers who wish to purchase their NMAC/IFS lease vehicle must do so through a Nissan or Infiniti Dealership.
Please note the NMAC/IFS requirements below for your specific state.
NMAC/IFS customers must go to a Nissan or Infiniti Dealership if they wish to purchase their lease vehicle. NMAC/IFS cannot accept a payoff from a financial institution (bank/credit union) in the following states:
• Arizona • California • Connecticut • District of Columbia • Florida • Hawaii • Illinois • Indiana
• Iowa • Kansas • Kentucky • Missouri • New Hampshire • Nevada • North Carolina • Oklahoma
• Pennsylvania • South Carolina • South Dakota • Tennessee • Utah • Vermont • Wisconsin
NMAC/IFS Customer Lease Payoffs can be accepted from Financial Institutions in the following states:
• Alabama • Alaska • Arkansas • Colorado • Delaware • Georgia • Idaho • Louisiana • Maine • Maryland
• Massachusetts • Michigan • Minnesota • Mississippi • Montana • Nebraska • New Jersey* • New Mexico
• New York • North Dakota • Ohio • Oregon • Rhode Island • Texas • Virginia • Washington • West Virginia • Wyoming
*In the state of New Jersey, customer payoffs can also be accepted directly from the customer.
