Hey guys im just wondering wats the actual temperture of the water in the cooling system should be running at at peak temperature

Actual temperature will vary though the cooling system.

Gauge temperature will often vary with computer read temperature.

Water boils at 212 F - 100 C at atmospheric pressure. Depending on the radiator cap pressure, that number will increase accordingly.

You want water, not boiled water in the cooling system.

I just wanna know wat the temperture that that factory temp gauge wuld read the cooling system at as i have put a new aftermarket gauge in which reads by numbers and just wanna know that it is reading right does between 80 and 70 degree c sound about right

100 C = 212 F.

70-80 C= normal.
