Coolant loss

New to the site but not to Nissan. Owned a Datsun '78 pickup for years and now drive a '95 Nissan hardbody. 242,000 miles on her and running terrific. Do most of the maintenance and repairs myself. Having an issue with coolant leakage. Appears to have been sprayed on the top of the radiator and reservoir. Heating up slightly. Have had a pressure check and all is ok.
Recently r/r radiator and cap. Any ideas?

Is the hose between the radiator and the reservoir connected properly? Is it split? The only other things I can think to check would be the upper radiator hose and the radiator itself.
