Is this a common issue with these cars? 2007 M45 Sport.. has about 70k miles on it.

Coolant leak at the factory weld on the metal coolant hose "T"..

looks to be 5/8" heater hose metal pipe with a 'T' that branches off with a ~5/16" hose.

I had a coolant leak this morning and found it was from the factory weld area. I was thinking of just welding it back up shut.. but I may just replace.

This is on driver side, behind intake plenum.. harnesses the harness what looks to be a coolant temp sensor on rear of head (driver)

Anyone able to help me find this part number?

You can see in the pic where the hole is.. its pin sized..

Anyone lend a hand with finding me this part new through Infiniti or atleast a part microfiche so i can find it myself?

Thanks!
Kong

Looks like you had a busy 24 hours while everyone else was taking a break. Thanks for posting all the information even though you ended up finding it all on your own.

Haha.. Yea luckily I ended up finding what I needed..

Wasn't too bad of a removal of part.. But having extra long reach wrenches really helped.

And no problem.. I hate when I search.. And it seems everytime.. I get to the point where the answer I need is coming up but there is no follow up lol
