Cold Start Noise - Belt?

Here is a "rough" video of my Infiniti starting at -15°F - does this sound like a belt? Any feedback/ideas would be appreciated (other than moving to a warmer climate) :chuckle:

-15... wow. We freak out at +15 here!

I guess everything is relative. To me it sounds more like a power steering pump chattering, but it's hard to say. Belt noise, usually caused by a seizing idler pulley, or from a belt just being a little loose - is more common at cold startups too.
