Careful with the reverse lights because they are bubblish...depending on the way you lay the lights down the paint might run off them like they did when i did it

Love the way they get darker and lighter depending on how much and the way the sun/light hits them... also the flash on my camera made the close ups look less tinted which is a good thing because car lights will bring out the red and assure i dont get rear ended... Well off to work, i'll post more pics tomorrow when i buff and wax them up and put them on the car!

I was going to tint my lights this weekend. However I found out that cops here in Miami have to decided to bust down on this. Not sure why, but I am going to wait. Dont want to spend time or money on a mod that may get me a ticket.

Well looking at the pics again... I do love it and I'm happy with the darkness... When the suns not shining on it i think it looks perfect... Any darker would have been just black and i wanted the deep dark maroon color. The rogue tails are sooo reflective though and thats why it shows alot of red in the light. Nothing i could really do about that LoL

Heres some pictures i just took while its dark out... Looks really nice at night! Now they are pretty much blacked out LoL but when a co worker pulled in by the garage his headlights lit them up red so like i said earlier, it a good thing because i wont get rear ended... Oh and also i just realized i have the top brake light on the spolier! I didnt even know i had this lol... Only had the car a few days when i pulled the lights off... Im going to tint that tuesday on my day off. Anyway, here's the pics

cant wait to see the pictures!

Are you in the 70's today? Might have to allow for a little longer drying time.

rogue planet: yup amazing day in the 70's - maybe even 80 at one point.

they turned out a tad darker than i wanted, but still look ok in my opinion. i did the inside ones a tad darker than the outside ones.
this was a total PITA. the clear coat i used didnt dry clear - white hazzy. i had to re-sand over it, and spend tons of time buffing them to a shine.

here you go gents!

Yeah, i downloaded your profile pic of your car and made the rims plastidip black. Something just doesnt seem right.
Not sure what it is.

I should in two weeks have borbet LV5s on my Rogue. I hope the color isn't to off. I have been waiting a while for them, i guess they had a stall in the manufacturing process.
As for my headlights, that is truely going to be a long process. I've ordered spare headlights and shrouds, thats about as far as i am right now.

The G Coupe looks insane! Awesome job on the wheels. At least you know what your doing.

turned out nice. the more I see your car with the black spoiler, the more I like the contrast.

I like the stock wheels. Personally I think the stock wheels on the 2008 & 2009 look better than the newer models.

I do like those wheels, i think it has something to do with my Special Edition wheels being so plain that i think everyone needs a little sauce. :bigthumb:
