CELM & EVOLUTION IMPORTS being sued in FL

Celm, the "Importer" from "Evolution Imports LLC" is being sued in Florida, where "Evolution Imports LLC" is based. I recieved this email shortly asking me to post it.Scroll down for that.

Now the best part, Evolution Motors Limited became Evolution Imports, LLC on 20th June, 2002. Evolution Imports is a FOREIGN BASED business! Registered and based from the Island of Nevis in the Caribbean: Evolution Imports - NevisNow there's not only the issue of claiming against an LLC if the deal goes bad.With this scheme if you want to sue the LLC, it must be done in Nevis under Nevis law which means you need a lawyer that's a Nevis citizen, the suit must be filed within 12 months of the "event," and you need to deposit a $25,000 bond with the court.

What I didn't notice, is... 1 it's a foreign company license. 2 it was revoked on Sep 26, 2003 for failing to file the required annual report.

A close friend of mine was contracted to do some "reassembly" for them a while back, so when he said "our cars aren't taken apart", I knew he was lying.

Anyway moving on. So why does people support him, when there is so many people that know he is this way.

You know what would be nice like an list of IPs for people that commit Internet fraud kinda like a registered sex offender list. That would be great. It my not be the best idea because there are ways to get around it, but you know it would slow these kind of people down at least.

Kid get our facts straight!! i was never a partner ,owner,officer of EI.i was just an employee,this kid here continued to deal with Ei way after i left in Feb of 06.And if you did do your research EI closed a few months later.nice info you found cause hell i never knew i was getting sued and i never got my summons.think your a big man now trailer park??? and you know the more BS you write about me, the more people i get asking about what cars i have for sale.so if you still want to write about me , go ahead just adds to the lead base.

The guy that contacted me and I actually sat and talked on the phone for quite a while discussing this, apparently ALOT of people have been screwed by this guy and he will be getting thrown in jail.

His boss, Adam, made the claim publicly that he was going to be buying TVR after he requested a court appointed lawyer because he couldn't afford one. Which is total bull****, after all the money Frank and Adam have stole, it doesn't look like they're hurting for money.
