Carl H did a kick a** job on my wiring a few years ago. Have not been able to get a hold of him as of late. Anyone know where he is?

Thanks,
J

He is going to school so maybe it's just too crazy for him right now.

Short version: short self imposed hiatus due to conflict with a forum member and admin.

long version: had an unruly customer badger, threaten, call me at ungodly hours and barrage me with endless texts about his harness which he sent to me in a mangled shape. failed to mention that his 'minor rewring' included chopping up all of the major plugs and the rb efi harness. took longer than anticipated and he decided to attack me for doing so. harness was sorted and delivered free of charge and at my expense (about 25 hours into the harness repairing and rewiring for his setup). greg pretty much revoked any implied 'vendor' rights i had and removed my wiring sticky and i was honestly fed up with it at that point, i had other things to concentrate on like graduate from college and focus on the class that i needed to graduate.

if you need to contact me i'll be around a bit more often but not as much as before...still going to school as I'm aiming for pharmacy school now.
if you need to contact me my email is the same as it always has been and it should be available in the nico member index.

Wow that is lame. It took Chasebays four months to realize they didn't know how to wire a rb25 and I finally got my money back. I've seen plenty of other complaints about Chasebays but of course they don't get their vendor rights revoked. Chase is full of lies but maybe his vendor fee is higher so that is why they are kept around.

I guess since you're independent you're not needed.

Weird Ive heard all kinds of complaints about all the wiring conversion companys now.

Even wiring specialties Ive heard does mess things up some times I guess.

This is why I do everything myself...

I sure hope my harness works. It took a bit longer than what it was supposed to be but it looks great.

Well it all comes down to, If you don't have time to do something don't take on the work. If someone sends me something and its not as promised, its return to sender time

Thats some BS. People this days, just makes me wana :slap: them. Hope it all works out for u Carl.
And thanks for the tune bro, car is running mint. Post office lost my ecu, Carl tuned another one and shipped it for me, if thats not service than I dont know what is. Your post are always informative and detailed :dblthumb: , this just sucks.

And Carl since your here, have you had issues with IAC valve, I've had some issues with engine cutting off when coming off of cruise right into dead stop, have to tap gas pedal so it dont die sometimes. Read on Skyline forums about Idle control valve getting plugged up and need cleaning. Had this with stock motor with just cams, but its little wore now, sometimes it idles really low or high like 2500rpm erratic.
