Basically what the title says. Can I get the paddle shifters for my 2010 sedan auto trans?

If so how do the paddle shifters feel..... Im talking about shifting speed and what not. My transmission has a manual shifter but manual upshifts are noticeably slower that when I leave the car in "D".

DS is the fastest for sure. I think a few members have done the mod to install paddle shifters on a non-sport AUTO...try a search.

Are you saying that the manual shift mode should be faster than leaving it in D? Because on my car the upshifts in the manual mode are noticeably slower than if I let the trans do it itself.

I have the sport option...not sure if that adds the "DS" mode. The DS mode is automatic shifting, but much more performance based. The non-sport cars may just have a D and Manual mode only...

Manual shift mode will probably not be any quicker than D...in fact, if you mistime the shift it can be slower than D mode.

I dont has a DS mode. Just D then you kick the stick over into the manual mode.

Maybe sedans are different. Both my coupes were Journeys and they had DS. My FX has DS or at least that appears in the shift readout when I slap the lever over. :werd:

Yes, you can add them. Just added them to my wifes 2011 G37x. I have 10 sets available for the graphite interior car with electronic tilt function, $240 shipped to your door. Very simple install, car is pre-wired for them.

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but I was wondering if you still had any graphite paddle shifters?

No, just as you were advised on the forum. Graphite is more expensive.

Ahh ok, I figured that might be the case. I wasn't 100% sure you were the same guy from the forum. Why is it that graphite is 67% more expensive?

That is a question you would have to ask Infinti... my guess is because they are the same paddles in the Q50, a new car that they can mark items up for.

One more stupid question. "Stone" and "Graphite" are different only in the color of the plastic trim for the steering column, stone being the lighter color and graphite being black? Is that correct? And the paddles are the same, it's just the color of the plastic trim that is different?

The trim pieces are different color and the tips of the paddles are different. The paddles are the issue with prices. ..the trim is similar price for the two choices.

Ahh ok. But it isn't possible to get the "stone" paddles with the black trim? Guess I'll have to just save a bit more so I can get the paddle kit that matches my interior.

You can if you don't mind the mismatch.
