the wheel shot was before the drop, and the front settled quite a bit more.

keep tally of what. This thread is basically to help Maxima owners decide what suspension application, and rim/tire combination they would like to put on their setup!!

O, and a great place for bragging about how big of a rim is shoved under the fenders!!!

I think he means like in your original post...keep editing it and adding people and spec's and maybe one pic per person as they post to keep it all on the front page and organized.

Great thread btw. So far Audtatious has you all beat. Clean and crisp.

Thanks, the 30mm offsets make for some flush rims

Yes, I was asking about someone keeping track. I would love to be able to make a table on http://maximaclub.org with different setup sizes.

Text based with some form of seperator (like a | ). That way I can easily modify it for the website.

Much appreciated

Alright I pretty much have it done with whats up so far.

About the separators, do you want them in place of the (enter)'s or what?

Like for example, where I would type:

"Blah blah blah

Blah blah."

You want:

"Blah blah blah|Blah Blah."

Is that right?

that would be awesome if someone kept tally. I'll keep updating my original post, if PBfrEAK wants to keep tally for other sites, and as a back up

I'll take a look in a bit. I simply want to have a table of what members are using thus pictures are not needed.

Thx

Sorry, I see why that was confusing. My experience with Edge Racing was good. A friend of mine had some balance issues he ended up resolving by paying someone else to do it. So take that for what ever its worth. I definitely would recommend looking there if you are looking for some new rims and tires on a tight (but reasonable) budget.

As for the Falken Ziex 512's, to be perfectly clear, THEY SUCK. The dry traction sucks. The wet traction sucks. The snow traction sucks. I also have a pulling issue with them that cannot be resolved with an alignment. I know other people have said they are great, and maybe the H rated ones are a lot better, but the V rated ones I have are not suited for a car with as much torque as the maxima. That should clarify my last post.

It did alot!! lol

BUT that's really weird because I have nothing but good to say about mine.

To be honest tho...I don't remember if mine were H or V rated. That I'll have to check next time I go home.

But I AM in the market for new tires for my torque5's. I wonder if whatever Falken replaced the 512's with are decent (9 somethings I think).

I have heard they are better, but I am done with Falkens. They are cheap tires, and I ain't buying cheap tires anymore. I want something with good dry traction, but I need something with better than average winter traction. I was looking at the Yokohama Avid 4's, Nokian Hakkapeliittas and the Toyo Versados. I don't have to make a decision until the end of next fall. It's probably going to cost me $800 no matter what I do.
