Does anybody know if the Y33 has cabin filters? I would look in my manuals but I don't have any.

Yes they do and should be changed annually when the engine intake filter is changed. One time and you will know why.

On the '97 - '01 Q45, the cabin filters are located behind the glove box. Remove the glove box, then you'll be able to remove the carbin filters.

The G50s dont have cabin filters, unfortunately, which means you need to keep you condensor often to maintain proper air flow....

How about in a 2003 F50? Does anyone know where the cabin filter is located? Please advise...

Thanks!

Do you think it is possible to adapt a cabin air filter for the 1990-1996 Q45's?

Any possibility of swapping that particular section of the Y33 A/C system onto the G50 A/C system?

That way G50 owners could have a cabin filter as well.

This is what the FGY33 HVAC unit looks like:

Thats from the 1998 Q45 FSM page HA-15

The 1994 Q45 HVAC layout:

From a 1994 Q45 FSM Page HA-10

As you can see there is big difference between the two, But at least if I find a FGY33 I know I can possibly grab the rear air ducts.
