Buying Used 2011 QX56 (Things To Look For, etc...)

HI all. I'm buying a used 2011 QX56 from a private party. It has 38K miles on it and the basic warranty expires in September of 2014 (power train expires 9/2016). The seller also prepaid services for it (one more oil change at 43K miles & mid service at 45K miles). Is there anything I should look for (common issues etc..)? Anything I should pay close attention to? Options are as follows: Theater package & 22" wheel/tire package. Also, is it a fair deal at $43,000? After doing my research, I believe it is. I just wanted some other opinions. Thanks in advance to any & all who chime in!

take the car for a spin. see if you feel a vibration at the accelerator pedal around 60mph range.

other than that, the car is solid. ive 2012 and have absolutely NO issues with it.

Thanks for that marctronixx. I will definitely check for that. I hope it's one of the fortunate ones (unlike Ronretro & many others').
