Buying Nissan 93'Pulsar Gti-R

What's up ?
Ok well I'm trying to get a 1993 Nissan Pulsar Gti-R ,and I live in Boston,MA and would like so I'm info on getting getting the car thru customs , or if someone got one here in the states that would be great if we could negotiate something. But back to the topic also getting it registered in Massachusetts which I know it's going to be a pain. And I getting it insured. I know it's been done before so some help would be great. Any tips on what i should look for with the pulsar and what not.
