I have a 03 4 wheel pathy last year I had new rotors put on, they said my pads were still good . now Im getting a grabbing at low speeds to a stop my brake peddle isn't pulsating at all. the grabbing is annoying at times, I looked at the pads and they look like they are worn yet not to the little spring sensors on them . so if I put A grad a new set of pads on will it be smooth again?

A new set of pads will certainly rule out whether or not you have a pad or rotor problem.
Typically, when you put on new rotors, new pads should go on with them.

If you want to rule out any other potential problems, I'd do new through out- rotors and pads.
I personally don't turn rotors since they're usually cheap enough to buy new. However, most NAPA stores will turn a rotor as long as they're not in awful shape. Most folks find success there.
Not all pads are equal. Some ceramic are great, others can break or run down quickly. I typically go with the middle of the road option on daily driver commuter cars.
