I love my new 2011. I have previously owned a Lexus and a Toytota Land Cruiser. It beats them both BUT there are two issues I am having:

1)Bluetooth is not very good. Am I missing something. Maybe I was spoiled on my two previous cars but it really sounds awful on the other end to people I am talking to. They say it has the "tin can" effect. I have a Blackberry. It is synced up perfectly but it just is not good enough. I really do not want to go buy a headset but I might be stuck. Do Infinitis have poor blue tooth mics in general ??

2)My nav screen is great but very tempermental as to when it should go "dark" at night and "light" during the day. I took it in and the guy said it was my radar detector that I had placed on the dashboard that was covering up the sensor. So I moved it - still has a mind of its own. It is on the "auto" setting.

Hope I can find some help here. Thanks in advance.

1. Bluetooth: Should sound pretty good, there are some settings that you can adjust from your screen, try adjusting those. Also, I am not 100% certain where the Mic is in the 2011 QX56, but make sure nothing is covering or blocking the Mic.

2. Nav Screen: Sounds like the dealer was right on. There is a Daytime Brightness setting, and an Evening Brightness setting. The screen will automatically set to either one depending on whether or not your headlights are on. Headlights go on or off depending on what the sensor on your dash detects. Now, you can also adjust how bright the Daytime screen is, and how bright or dim the Evening screen is. Simply press the button that has a little "sun" and "moon" on it. Each time you press that you will go from Daytime to Nightime and back and forth. Use the Right or Left Arrow Button on your command controller to adjust the settings to your desires.
