So yea..I made it work...took a little bit of ingenuity but here's what I did, this is for an S14

1. remove what ever it is you have for a radiator.

2. remove both lower radiator brackets

3. remove 1.5 inches from the upper core support but make you have enough taken out on the sides to be able to slide the radiator in and out with the fans attached.

4. get your radiator and remove the rubber grommets from the bottom pins and place the radiator in the car. Your going to push it against the lower support beam as close as you can. Once you have done that, find a way to mark the place where the lower radiator pins sit and make sure its visible.

5. Drill out holes large enough for the pins to fit but not so big that the grommets don't work and not so big that you ruin the structural integrity of the K frame.

6. Once you have done this your radiator should fit very snugly. My radiator is 2 3/4" thick and I did remove the backing plate off of the rear of the driver side fan so ensure a large amount of clearance between the power steering pulley and the fan backing.

Here are some pictures, I'll get more later.

Looks good. I'm glad you've got this covered as it will make doing it on my car so much easier. (I meant to hit you up when I got here to Budapest but my damned iPhone isn't connecting to any network here) This will ensure you don't have anymore cooling issues. You think we could fit my two fans like this? Remember they aren't as thin as your flex-a-lites.
